Train for fitness or train to compete in the sport of boxing. We can help you reach any of your goals. We teach men, women and children over 9 years old. We've been developing champions for over 25 years.

We are one of the oldest and longest lasting boxing programs in the Sacramento area.

In our gym you will learn from experienced coaches who are former fighters with experience in both boxing and kickboxing. The workouts are great and the atmosphere is friendly.

Unless you have previous boxing experience then you will start out in our beginner’s classes. Kids and adults all start in the beginner’s classes. In these classes you will learn the basic fundamentals of boxing. You’ll learn how to properly use the heavy bag, speed bag, and double-end bags. You’ll always be learning new things while you get a great workout.

There’s nothing better than a boxing workout!
Even if you don’t want to be a fighter you can still train like a fighter!

Interested in Kickboxing?

Don’t worry then. Once you’ve been introduced to the basics of boxing you will have the chance to learn kicking technique and kickboxing. If you are not interested in kickboxing then you can just continue to work on your boxing skills. No sparring takes place in our beginner’s classes. When a student is moved into the Intermediate/Advanced classes they will be given the opportunity to spar, however many of our students train only for fitness, fun and confidence and they do not do any sparring at all. Dedicated and hard working students can get themselves into our more advanced classes within 6 weeks. We teach the art and science of the sport of boxing. Sparring is boxing practice and you can not practice properly unless you have knowledge of the fundamentals of the sport.
